When it came time to sell the family home in Garden Grove, the only people I would think to use was Team Tackney. My brother and I met with both Geoff and Jen Tackney to discuss the process. They offered suggestions to make some minor upgrades to make the home more presentable in order to get the highest offer. They even put us in touch with an estate sale professional. My Team Tackney experience was the best! Jen and Geoff helped sell my mom's house after she passed away in 2020. As you can assume, that was a very hard time for my siblings and I. The Tackney's made the process as easy as possible. They walked us through all our options and helped us through the transition. Jennifer helped me arrange an Estate Sale, a cleaning crew, and a trash haul away service. Jennifer staged furniture as needed to help sell the home. On top of all that, we had an offer (5K above asking) within the first weekend. So with selling a home being one of the most stressful times and adding having to settle my mom's estate on top of that, having Team Tackney to guide my siblings and I was a God send. Gee, what can I say about this wonderful team, and the experience I had with them selling my home. The relationship started when Jen knocked on my door. (not done much any more), She just built a relationship with me, and I loved her right away. I was not ready to sell, but was interested in some garage sale signs for a sale I was having for a non-profit. Well, she didn't just hand them to me, she put so many signs out herself, brought donuts, picked up the signs, all with a smile. She had so many signs out there, must have been at least 15 or more and we had the biggest sale EVER and many comments from buyers as to the impact of the signs. I knew then, when I would sell my house they would be my agent. It was a great experience, doing extra things to help me out, being a senior. This was 5 years ago, and I know this service has continued, as the have grown for all the right reason. (PS, I have been a realtor myself in my past)
