Jennifer is an amazing and extremely knowledgeable agent about the entire process from listing the property to escrow closing . She is very prompt in providing followup updates all the way thru the process. When I met her initially I was very hesitant to put the property on the market in November and December due to the holiday season. However, she made an assessment of the market in the area and proposed we should put it because of short supply . I took her advice and sure enough we got an offer within four to five days of listing. Her effort saved me a significant amount of money because I do not have to pay mortgage for a vacant property. In addition during inspection there were some issues that were identified and she advised me with a strategy to address all issues in a very efficient cost effective ways. She has handyman ready to fix things that needs to be fixed and worked with the stagers, property inspectors and everyone effectively and in a timely manner. She is very engaged and has solutions for every challenge that came along the way. I am so impressed with her work ethics and professionalism in making the entire process as smooth as possible.
