I have loved being a REALTOR, serving Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Norfolk, & Newport News since 2019. Whatever your real estate needs, whether you're looking to buy or sell, I'd be happy and honored to assist you. I have been local to Chesapeake for over 20 years, and know this area well. My passion is helping families relocating this way, and my YouTube channel has been a great tool for those specific clients, but I have also found that I really enjoy helping families prep their home when it comes time to sell in order to maximize their return on their most valuable asset. I like scheduling the contractors and helping my sellers decide what repairs to do for the biggest return prior to listing their home, and when those beautiful listing photos come back and then the showing requests begin... best feeling in the world! I truly delight in giving all I have to my clients, exceeding their expectations and helping them achieve their goals, whether finding the perfect place to call home or selling their existing home so they can move on to wherever life has called them next, and it would be my honor to help you too.
