Jennifer managed our rental property for about 15 years. She was always professional and courteous. We've lived in another state for several of those years and were confident in the management Jennifer and Classic Realty provided. Occasionally, we would have to remind her about issues we needed help with (I give a 4.75 on management because of that), but we always trusted that they were resolved well. When we sold the property, Jennifer was very attentive and effectively guided us through the process from afar. Being in another state and all of us in the middle of the pandemic, we had questions, but Jennifer remained unruffled and professional answering all our questions and handling the sale with calm confidence. And even though there was an ice storm in Lexington, a smooth sale transaction was concluded.
