Jen was a joy to work with. Our process was complicated with managing a cross-country move, my new job, and accommodating several house hunting weekends with our whole crew including three kids 11 and under. Jen understands the market so well, was quick to act on getting showings as soon as home were available (or even before they were listed). Her attention to detail served us very well as buying mountain properties with well water, septic, radon, and fire risk while also finding the right setup for our family is quite a tightrope to walk. She is quick to communicate and ensures she understands fully her client's needs. With new job responsibilities and commuting from out of state for me, Jen took the reins and ensured that my wife and I were fully informed while allowing us to manage our own job/move logistics. Jen is incredible. We sold our house with more views than a lot in the neighborhood and faster. She had great advice that helped sell it quickly and with a bidding war in May 2025. She is a great negotiator and knows the market well for what is currently happening to be aggressive on our behalf. We appreciate her ability to fight for us and she definitely saved us a lot of money in the end. She is professional, knowledgable, and works extremely hard.
