I have never written a review for anything. Its not that I am never happy with a product or a service. I just believe things are supposed to be what they say they are, so no need to comment on it. However, Jenny was so much more than what was expected that I had to comment. I picked Jenny randomly from the company's webpage. I was trying to sell my mothers home in Palm Bay from my home in MA. There were some unusual family issues to contend with as well. To say my family is slow to make decisions is a major understatement. Jenny was understanding and responsive to myself, my mother and a sister. She was never too busy to talk to all of us at once or each of us separately. My mothers house was in need of some cosmetic repairs. Jenny was there for my family in this regard as well. She provided contacts when needed but more impressively, she was quick to do many of the repairs herself, with the help of what I can only image is terrific husband. I can't adequately explain how much her guidance and professionalism meant to me and my family during a very emotional and difficult tine.
