Our experience with The Long Realty Team was amazing! We recently relocated from Seattle and were referred by an agent in Washington. We were lucky enough to be paired with the husband and wife team of Jennifer and Matt Shufflebottom. They couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. We’re first time home buyers who didn’t know what to expect, and thought the process might be a long, drawn-out and stressful experience. Our experience proved to be the complete opposite. The Shufflebottoms and their entire team were very responsive – having good communication really made the process easy for us. We had a one month closing date window that needed to be achieved and they pulled it off without a hitch. Having a complete in-house services team just makes sense. From mortgage and title to insurance, they’ve got it covered. This really helped us eliminate the time we would have spent researching on our own.
