We recently sold a home and bought a home using Jennifer's services. She contacted us to let us know that a house we feel in love with had been reduced in price which started the whole crazy ride, as our house was not even on the market. She was sensitive to our needs and stressors, and assisted us in understanding this complicated process. She acted as a go-between with my mortgage company and their questions which I did not understand. She freely admitted when they had her stumped as well, and worked to figure out their needs/requests.

Jennifer is a rock star! This was our first time buying a home and she made it as seamless as possible. From her recommendations for the lender to the inspector Jennifer knows her people! We had a few hiccups (on the sellers side) along the way but Jennifer was on it. Never once did I feel as though we weren't her priority. Even though were in our new home she is still giving us the A1 service she gave us while in the process (we had another problem with sellers). I would defiantly recommend her.
