Jennifer was my agent when I bought my house in 2022. I was extremely satisfied with her professionalism, market knowledge & communicational skills. I lived in NY and didn’t know the in and out of NC. Jennifer was readily available to assist anyway possible, she returned phone calls in a timely manner , kept me updated on everything and worked tirelessly to meet each goal. On one occasion when my furniture was being delivered, she took the time out of her busy schedule and waited at my house for the delivery. A few months ago I decided to sell the house and knew that she was the agent for the job. Jennifer advertised my house on basically all social media platforms as well as the real estate websites. She listened to her clients & offers the best advises; if she’s not sure of something, she is going to find out and get back to you so you can make an informed decision. My house was sold in 40 days. Jennifer always responded immediately to questions even when she was very busy. Always friendly and calm even under pressure from buyer and seller. Well, when the buyer is named Jennifer and the Realtor is named Jennifer you now have a superpower!!!!! I had the easiest most pleasant experience with Jennifer.
