Jennifer is a terrific broker. She went over all of the options 1) to sell "as is" , 2) to remodel and sell and 3) to remodel for rental purposes. She prepared a comprehensive CMA and factored in the pros and cons of each option. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, the property and prospective purchasers and renters. She had the property professionally cleaned and she priced the property right and handled all of the showings and she got several great offers over asking price.
