We feel so fortunate to have had Jennifer as our Realtor. Having moved from out-of-state, we were ready to find our perfect home, but Covid-19 made this a true challenge. Working with Jennifer was a fantastic experience. As it was my first time buying a home, I came into the process with many preconceived misconceptions about what the home buying experience entailed. Jennifer was able to gently dissuade me from my incorrect assumptions, showing me firsthand that if I were to do things the way I originally thought that they should be done, that I didn't have a chance at getting any offers accepted. She ensured that the bids we put in were worthwhile, but was never pushy and respected the limits with which I felt comfortable. She was extremely patient with me as I found the whole process nerve-wracking, and would go the extra mile to appease whatever concern I had, whether it be getting my endless questions answered by the seller, or working tirelessly to obtain superfluous inspections if I requested them. Through all the effort that she put in, she never made me feel like I was burdensome, and would always be extremely responsive no matter the day or time. If I wanted to see a house and she wasn't available that day, she would get an associate to show it for her. Because of this dedication, there were numerous times that a house would come on the market and I would see it the same day. Jennifer's knowledge of the area and the market were second to none. Time and time again I was blown away but just how accurate her assessments of houses and locations were before we even saw them. She quickly got a sense of what I was looking for and was able to see the houses we visited in the same way that I did. I would highly recommend Jennifer.

Very good experience over all. Compass Concierge was a big win. Without it, we would not have been able to get top dollar for moms house. The contractor did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with. Staging was beautiful and we sold the house in a day. We got over asking and would definitely use Jennifer again.

Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. With her experience she has seen everything and provides guidance and ranges of options to the table for any situation. She does her homework on comparables, works her network and knows her market so well, you are in good hands. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Jennifer never gave up when we encountered multiple problems: finding access to water, testing, surveys, soils engineering, permits, etc. Her expertise, patience, and cheerful perseverance resulted in the successful sale of a difficult lot.
