Jennifer was truly a life-saver. I'm not exaggerating! We had a pretty bad experience prior to hiring Jennifer, and she was a breath of fresh air. She came recommended by a friend in real estate, so I had high expectations. She exceeded them. She was extremely communicative - something I expressed was very important when I consulted her prior to listing with her. Emails or texts I sent late, not expecting a response until normal business hours, were usually responded to within minutes - and thoroughly! Prior to listing with her, our home was stagnant on the market for a while and we were desperate to sell without taking a big hit. We needed to make smart updates to the home that would get it sold and she was right on with her advice; she has a lot of knowledge in this area and it was such a relief to have an expert to consult. She even brought the buyer to the table! The closing was incredibly smooth. We've had bad closings before, and kept waiting for something to go wrong. Nope, everything was smooth. Done in less than an hour. It's been a few months and I could honestly cry tears of joy thinking about how appreciative we are that she not only got the job done in a fairly quick period of time, but the way shepherded the process so smoothly and efficiently.
