I really enjoyed having Jennifer as my agent. My situation was somewhat unique because a divorce was involved and she actually represented both me and my ex-wife. Once I got all the repairs and upgrades done to the property, Jennifer listed it on February 13. On March 5, we got a serious buyer and on April 3 we closed.
