Once we found the house we wanted to buy, Jennifer’s experience was incredibly helpful. She kept us informed throughout the offer and contract process and helped us to get the best value for our home. I truly believe Jennifer represented us well and made sure to listen to what we needed and were looking for. Jennifer was exceptionally responsive throughout the entire process and was very helpful with answering any questions I had. Jennifer was an amazing realtor to work with! She was extremely helpful and organized during every step of the home buying process, and was quick to respond if we had any questions. She also worked very hard to negotiate with the other agent and really advocated for us in the contract. She pays attention to the details, stays organized, and stays one step ahead of deadlines. When we went to look at homes, she helped us find several properties to look at. On the day we went to look at them, she had a folder of print outs ready with information about each home in the order that we visited them. It was so helpful! She also has a lot of practical tips about what to think of when buying a home. Overall, Jennifer is great at what she does, and I would highly recommend using her as your realtor.

Jennifer had a packet w/ all background info on the properties we were interested in seeing prepared ahead of time. She handled all the inspections and any questions we had in a timely manner and flawlessly. We would highly, highly recommend her! John works w/ many realtors and she was by far the best agent he has ever worked with.
