She is smart, knowledgable concerning this area, and very responsive. Even further, she became a trusted friend during the process. I want to particularly note her calm patience during our home search. We let Jen know, up front, that we had time and would take our time. We were careful not to waste Jen's time when we were still "kicking tires", but she was a great help in clarifying our expectations and desires. Then, as we got more serious, Jen turned up the focus. Based on our initial reviews we were able to quickly converge and find the right place. There are many Realtors clamoring for you business. Jen was incredibly helpful for us both in selling our townhouse, and buying our first single family home. With her help we sold our townhome in 48 hours for over asking. She was always available to answer our questions and help negotiate with builders in the buying process. She is thoughtful along the way and helped us enjoy the experience. She is especially good if you are working with physician loans, and can help connect you to great lenders. 10/10 recommend!

Jen failed to follow up on important things on timely manner, excuses on conferencing calls, etc… It appears to me that the conference calls more important than wrapping up the sale.
Jen did a great job for us especially after we moved to Tucson and left our Colorado house behind. Her communication skills are excellent. She is a great resource for getting things done. Our neighborhood benefited from her brining a big dumpster - and her family! - to help us all declutter our homes, basements and garages. Jen is professional and most of all kind and compassionate.
