Jennifer Riley is a god's send! She is my first realtor and walked me through each step, term, and deadline until I fully understood the commitment. After speaking to loved ones about their home searches and realtors, I quickly realized that she was a significant step above the rest. She is methodical, always providing realistic timelines and steps to accomplish while we waited. As a new transplant to Denver, she gave me professional, yet frank, information regarding each district to assist me in making a well informed decision. She checked in and advocated for me when my mortgage company or title company weren't responding to make sure we would meet our deadline. Jen was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when helping me sell my house in Parker. It is always a stressful experience to sell a house and move and she managed to alleviate the majority of the stress and allow me to focus on packing and moving (instead of deadlines for loans, inspections, etc).
