Jennifer masterfully juggled legal requirements and coached me (an out-of-town seller trying to help a family member from afar) in contract negotiations and steps needed to hit the sales date. She understood our needs and limitations and worked with us to craft solutions. She went to the house when inspectors needed to get in, informed us of relevant issues and changes, provided documents electronically and on our schedule (not normal business hours) and helped all parties stay even and sane.
