I don't think I will have enough room to say how great Jenn is at selling homes (2 DAYS TO SELL MY HOUSE!!! 2 DAYS!!!). Her local knowledge of the area, energy, marketing the house, patience with seller (yes - me) - I could not have worked with a better person. I highly recommend Jenn as an agent to either sell or buy. She will be there for you - answer calls and texts immediately. You really feel like you have someone representing you and your house. Jenn provided tremendous guidance through the entire sales process, she not only leveraged and shared her experience, but connected me with reputable contractors and stagers to facilitate the process. Jenn was extremely thoughtful, diligent and responded to questions very promptly regardless of time of day or weekend. My house went on the market late on Friday night, had 11 showings over Labor Day weekend and 2 offers on Monday. We were under contract by Tuesday and closed within a month. It was almost too quick! Jenn couldn't be more lovely and easy to work with, she is a star!
