Jennifer Rasmussen

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jen and couldn't recommend her more highly. Her communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, and she was incredibly responsive, always getting back to us quickly and making sure we felt informed every step of the way. Jen’s negotiation skills were outstanding, and we truly appreciated her guidance and expertise in helping us secure our home. Her knowledge of Geneva's historic district was especially valuable, as navigating the purchase of a historic home comes with unique considerations. We always felt that we had someone in our corner who genuinely had our best interests at heart. Buying a home can be stressful, but Jen made the entire experience feel seamless. We are so grateful for her hard work, professionalism, and dedication and would wholeheartedly recommend Jen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Highly recommended! Local knowledge and much initiative.

We worked with Jen to sell our home and purchase our new home and she was nothing short of amazing to work with at every step of each process. Jen has such a deep knowledge of the market in our area and we are certain that we won out in a multiple bidder situation on the purchase end because of her outstanding reputation. We trusted her completely and always felt comfortable asking questions and communicating with her, and she was always super quick to respond and help however needed. On the sale end, she navigated us through an uncertain market to a result that we were ultimately thrilled with and we are so grateful. We would never hesitate to recommend her completely to friends and family and will absolutely enlist her help with any future real estate needs.

Jen was the best person to help us find our first home!! She is so knowledgeable and communicative. She made the process so fun and we can’t thank her enough!
