Jennifer began helping us even before we arrived at The Villages in Florida. She went out to a couple of the homes we were interested in and did video walkthroughs for us. She is very knowledgeable of the area which was a big plus. If you are looking to move to The Villages here in Florida I recommend getting in touch with Jennifer.
I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor throughout the sale of my home. She was extremely nice, knowledgeable, honest, and informative, and she kept me updated every step of the way. She always made sure I understood what to expect and was available whenever I had questions. Her professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and pleasant from beginning to end. I truly appreciate everything she did to make the entire process such a positive experience.
We met with a few realtors for my mom, but the moment we met Jennifer, we knew she was the right person for the job! She brought incredible enthusiasm to the process, was deeply thoughtful about my mom's needs, and used innovative strategies to get results. Her energy and care made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
Jennifer responded quickly and never seemed to rush you and answer our questions. We lived in another state and relied on her skills and her knowledge of what we were looking for in a home. I’ve bought and sold 6 homes and Jennifer was by far the best realtor ever. We had a lot of trust in her which is very important to us. She wasn’t looking to sell just any home to us. She was tireless in showing us tons of homes even when we changed our original list of what we wanted in a home.
Jennifer was very responsive to question by calls/texts at all times during buying process. She took the time to show us previous flooring installs at different homes by different installers to give us an idea of how our home would look. Jennifer offered great decor options for our new home. We would definitely recommend Jennifer if buying/selling in The Villages.
Timely, thorough, and willing to share her honest opinion. Very knowledgeable.
Jennifer not only made selling my home easy, but also in finding the perfect home for me to purchase. The process was super simple and probably the easiest part because of Jennifer and her knowledge on home buying. I can't thank her enough.
Even before we met Jennifer she was willing to go to the areas we expressed interest in and look at the properties we inquired about. She is truthful in her suggestions and has a great sense of her customers tastes. She gave us honest advice and we were able to pick the property we will make our home.
Jennifer was extremely responsive always available to answer any questions.
Jennifer was very helpful with communicating to me the process of buying a new home. She walked me through the process every step of the way. She is very polite and personable in the communications we had. Even with time crunch that we had to work within, Jennifer was always calm and knowledgeable about the whole process of home ownership and got me to complete the tasks that had to be done easily and helped me understand what the reason were and why those tasks had to be completed. I highly recommend Jennifer for your sales agent when purchasing a new home.
working with jennifer was easy, she explains things well, and responded to all my calls and e-mails in a very timely manner, and very professional.
I had an overall excellent experience working with Jennifer Raby while selling our property in The Villages. She is a very nice person who is willing to do what needs to be done in order to sell a property. She is easy to talk to, stays in touch to let you know what is going on in the process, and always has a positive attitude. We were out of state and she got our property ready to put on the market and found us a buyer in a timely manner. I would be more than happy to recommend her to someone else looking to buy or sell in The Villages, FL area.
