We had a very, very difficult sale due to the property being in probate and the interior left in shambles. Jennifer was very, very helpful in guiding us through the process. She recommended low cost things we should do to increase property value and boy, it paid off in a big way. She recommended a selling price that was higher than what we were thinking and insisted she could sell it for that price in a timely manner. Her high level of service, honesty and integrity makes her one of the only people in any type of business I feel good about recommending.
