Very responsive. I asked on multiple occasions to see houses just a night prior, and she was able to move her schedule around and get it done. She has been here for a long time and knows the market/area very well. We were first-time homebuyers and she helped us feel great about our decision.
In spite of significant issues going on in her personal life, Jennifer still got our house sold, kept us constantly in the loop, responded immediately to our questions, and just did an amazing job. Very friendly and available to answer any questions i had. She handled most of the scheduling needed for buying a home. The day of closing we had issues with repairs done and she got it addressed within the hour, and we were able to close on time. All in all, she was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone regardless of your home buying experience.
