Just an example to show her unworldly dedication. The house we bought needed a LOT of work, both inside and out. We closed on the property in early July but were living in New York City at the time, and couldn't move to Pinecrest until early August. She not only helped find us contractors for all the jobs (and negotiated rates/prices on our behalf!) , but supervised each aspect of the home improvement in person. She went shopping for tiles, hardware etc with my wife! Try to find another realtor who would do that!!The honest truth is--we could not have made this our home without Jennifer. We really mean this. We will refer and sing her praises to anyone who wishes to hear. Working with her will be the best decision you make!
