Jennifer put so much time into making sure my family landed in a house we were proud of. This was our first home buying experience so we needed extra attention and information to guide us through even in a tough market. We were first time home buyers moving from Texas to Florida. Jen was a wonderful realtor to work with. She knows the area and was really able to understand what was important to us. We put a contract on a house with a very well known national builder and it ended up being terrible. This was NOT Jen’s fault and she worked so hard with us to help reassure us this is not normal and to help us make the incredibly difficult decision to walk away. After the experience I was ready to just go rent somewhere and Jen was super helpful in directing us to places we could look at, but she didn’t give up on sharing information on homes that we still might want to see. We ended up getting into a bigger house for less money than we originally had a contract on and have been here for 6 months. We are so pleased with our home and have every intention of using Jen whenever we eventually sell and buy again.
