Jennifer helped us buy our first home in 2002. We had no idea what to expect, she walked us through the whole thing, made it all so easy for us. Jennifer listened to, and noted everything we wanted/needed and didn't waste our time trying to show us homes that didn't qualify. Once we found the perfect home, Jennifer helped us with the final walkthrough, helped us check for things that we would have never thought of and that really helped us to not have any unpleasant after-sale surprises. She knows what she is doing, stays current on current trends, etc. Jennifer seems to truly enjoy helping people find the perfect home and we definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home.

Jennifer was absolutely incredible to work with. We were first time home buyers and Jennifer was extremely diligent to make sure that we were aware of every step of a home buying process. Since it was our first house, she always made sure to point out things that we wouldn't have thought of about a house to make sure we always were making informed decisions. Jennifer knew a lot about all the different areas of Omaha and the surrounding cities. She was very good about paying attention to what both I and my wife were wanting in a house and that we were both getting what we were looking for. After we found our house she followed up periodically to make sure things were going well even after we had moved in and even brought us dinner one of the first nights we were in the house. Jennifer has such a fun, bubbly personality and is extremely knowledgeable, we couldn't imagine having gone with a different realtor. She is a true professional and made the home buying process enjoyable and as calm as possible for nervous first time home buyers.
