Let me reiterate that she ALWAYS responded promptly to our calls and text messages - again, this correlates with making us feel like a priority. And lastly (5) Seamless. Her calm demeanor helped us maintain a stress-free process and seamless transaction. Moving can be stressful, and Jennifer's ability to instill calmness was invaluable.
