Jennifer knew, as did I, that my selling experience was going to have its challenges. Jennifer made things work by swiftly inspecting our home, advising me on how to price the home correctly and marketing the home on every realtor site known to man. Shortly thereafter the offers began to roll in and before I knew it (within a week or two); the home was under contract. Two weeks after the contract; I closed on the property.
