Jennifer has great knowledge of the market from comps, to schools and great knowledge on how your home should look, what is hot as far as white buyers are looking for. As far as process went a lot of forms were sent online so it was easy as a seller to fill out forms along the way and digitally sign. Easy. She knew what people would be asking about like age of roof, furnace age etc so we knew upfront what we might want to change and what we didn't need to change so that was a money saver. She sold our house in about a week and everything at closing was straightforward and prepared.
