About Jennifer

Jennifer "Jenny" Okhovat is a lifelong resident of Beverly Hills and a proud graduate of Beverly Hills High School and Cal State University Northridge. She became a licensed agent in early 2009 and quickly moved up the ranks to become one of the top agents at Compass' Sunset Strip office. She works with a wide range of clients throughout Los Angeles. Areas of service include West Hollywood, Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, Beverly Hills, Hancock Park, Culver City, Miracle Mile, Beverly Grove, and Silicon Beach. She has been a party to more than 100 leases during her career and has broken sales records for a number of properties, including the highest price for a single-family residence sold in West Hollywood West in all of 2019. Her strong work ethic, knowledge of the market, and out-of-the-box marketing and sales techniques have been critical to her success. Jennifer has been featured in a number of news and media outlets including the LA Times, Apartment Therapy, Realtor.com, Yahoo Finance, The Close, Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, Inman News, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal. Clients seek her out as a reliable resource to consult and guide them in leases, purchases, and sales. One of her main principles: "never work on any deal you don't 100% believe in." Jennifer joined John Aaroe Group in 2013, before the company was acquired by Pacific Union International, and then Compass. Prior to John Aaroe Group, Jennifer worked as a listing specialist with CA Realty. Jennifer has a BA degree in Gender and Women’s Studies from Cal State Northridge and is an active member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and is on Compass' Agent Advisory Council. When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys volunteering and writing contributing articles for various publications, including Beverly Hills Weekly. She has been a Professional Committee Board Member of Sinai Temple’s Atid program, Board Member of FIDF Young Leadership, Team Beverly Hills graduate, and is an active member of the Gender and Women’s Studies Alumni Association at CSUN. Jennifer is also passionate about endangered animals and is a proud supporter of The Dolphin Project, working to free sea animals in captivity.

I knew from the second I met her she was a kickass agent, but she somehow managed to exceed my incredibly high expectations. This woman KNOWS. HER. STUFF. Jen Okhovat got my place sold in less than 2 weeks - nearly $40K OVER asking - and set a record for the highest selling unit in my community. Yall. She's extraordinary. She's smart, savvy, and sharp. Jennifer is nothing short of an AMAZING agent

Jennifer is nothing short of an AMAZING agent. The woman works tirelessly 24/7, to make the transaction as smooth as possible; even when she is required to pick up the "slack of the opposing agent". This amazing Agent sold my house in less than 4 days. Who does that? If you are thinking of selling any property or need a rental agent do not hesitate to not only interview Jennifer, BUT HIRE her. I guarantee you will not be disappointed, and as a result you will also recommend her to anyone you know that is considering a sale or purchase. In fact save yourself the time, and just GO with Jennifer, she is miles above and ahead of the others in the field. I have more properties to sell and she is the only Agent I trust. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with

Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to determining a list price and writing counter offers and was ultimately able to get me the best price possible for the home. Jennifer is also extremely personable and went above and beyond to help me through the escrow process. She had fantastic recommendations for inspectors, stagers and escrow companies and was truly able to guide me through to a smooth closing. I will definitely be working with Jennifer again.
