We were initially thinking of doing the sale on our own but are fortunate to have found Jenny. Right at the start – maybe even before we signed on – she discovered a bank had not done the final paperwork on an old loan, and it was still on the county records! That would have really delayed things if we tried to close without having discovered that. At closing, she convinced the buyers we would not be taking care of any non-critical items discovered during inspection. The buyers didn’t request any repairs!
