Jennifer represented me as both a seller and a buyer. On the sales side, she was excellent - she gave us a fair estimate of the home's value, and gave us good advice as to what price to list at to reach our desired result. While the home was in "coming soon" status, Jennifer marketed the home aggressively, and had several showings scheduled for our opening day. When we received our first offer five days after listing the home, it was terrible. Frankly, it was insulting. Instead of letting me counter above asking price, Jen counseled patience. Sure enough, the buyer came back the next day with a much better offer, and we ended up agreeing to a purchase price only $10k less than asking price. And despite a very difficult buyer's agent, Jen navigated the purchase agreement/inspection process through to a successful closing. Throughout it all, Jen was in constant contact, and always available to answer questions or track down info. I highly recommend her for your next home sale.
