Jennifer was very attentive and answered any questions I may have had, being a first time home buyer there were quite a few. She was extremely knowledgeable and flexible with my work schedule. Her ability to find me a house that I love and make the experience so pleasant was amazing. Negotiating closing costs and repairs seemed daunting to me but Jennifer handled them with ease. Not only did she get the seller come down from their asking price and pay closing costs, she was also able to get them to do a couple thousand dollars in repairs. She got me a better deal than I ever could have anticipated. Jennifer had amazing response times and her follow through was immediate. The home buying process was never stalled because of Jennifer. Working with Jennifer was one of the best decisions I made when deciding to purchase a home, she is truly wonderful to work with and you can tell she is passionate about finding people their perfect homes.
