My husband is in the military and was in the process of getting his PCS orders, but has not officially got them yet at the time of us putting the house on the market. A couple of things to keep in mind #1 moving is already stressful enough #2 moving on PCS orders, stress level goes up # 3 moving on PCS orders in the middle of an pandemic, stress level goes up even more #4 take all the above and add on two kids, one is high risk ( he has asthma and a long list of allergies)! My stress level was almost mental melt down! Jennifer listened and kept all of our worries in mind and made sure the other agents and buyers took notes and knew our concerns. She even took the time to make a bag with gloves, alcohol wipes and shoe covers (if they wanted to leave their shoes on, I have an no shoes in the house rule) for me to leave at the door for showings. She also made sure to remind every one to wear a mask. If we had a question she could not answer, she made sure to ask around to make sure she did not give us the wrong answer. She is very knowledgeable and double checks everything. She even kept up with military PSC rules and regulations so she could be up to date about what they require because of the pandemic. Another thing to keep in mind, we were not only selling our house, but in the middle of buying another one in a whole different state that we could not see in person before making an offer! Once we knew where we were going, Jennifer put us in contact with an agent there that she knew was familiar with that area to help us. Jennifer not only made sure we were comfortable about the selling of our house, but she made sure to keep updates on the status of the house we were buying to make sure everything went smoothly. Jennifer had a tough one ahead of her, we had more than a couple of bumps in the road but she handled it like a pro! We are so glad that she was our agent, We could not have asked for anyone better!
