I am extremely pleased to publish this review about Jennifer Monroe who I just had the pleasure of working with for my house purchase. She is by far the best real estate person I have ever met in my life. Her knowledge of the real estate market is amazing and we were able to purchase a very nice property at a great price. Although we are not residents of the state she handled ever facet of the process. She referred us to her extensive network of mortgage brokers, house inspectors and lawyers all of which were very helpful and very easy to work with. Even when we had substantial repair issues with the property she remained very vigilant by staying on top of the process and personally inspecting that the work was getting done correctly. She also provided extensive research about specific neighborhoods so that we our substantial investment would be safe for years to come.
