Jennifer is not your ordinary real estate agent. She goes far beyond the call of other agents I've ever worked with. She helped us find a home in SoCal while we still lived up in NorCal. Very detail oriented and also available whenever I called. If she was busy with another client, I ALWAYS got a call back within a few hours the same day. If you're looking for someone who will remain by your side every step of the way during your home-buying (or selling process), Jennifer is your person!

Normally, one thing that you can be almost assured of with people in an industry where they need you to close a deal or make a sale is that they're pushy and schmoozy, but I love how this isn't the case with Jennifer. I would normally prefer going with a friend's recommendation but Redfin happened to pair us up with Jennifer, so we figured we'd just see how it goes. As much as others suggested we go with a recommended realtor or go with the seller's agent, we ended up staying with Jennifer all the way and closed on our first home purchase with her, because it didn't take long for us to realize that she is truly that exceptional. We found her to be very laid back (I hate being pushed into a sale!), trustworthy, and honest as we toured house after house after house, constantly picking her brain for knowledge and feedback. She is extremely responsive and organized, so dealing with paperwork and communication was just so easy. Thanks to her, I don't think we could've had any better of a home buying experience!

If I could give Jennifer six stars in all these categories I would. My husband and I first met Jennifer when we were moving to LA from Boston where we sold a home we LOVED and didn't even know where to start here! Jennifer helped us find a rental for a year to give us more time to find our dream home. We explored many different neighborhoods with her Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Westwood, Sherman Oaks, Venice, Santa Monica, Culver City and the beach communities. We closed on our house in Venice a few days ago after a decent amount of looking and we could't be happier. Throughout the entire process Jennifer was positive, encouraging and fun to work with -- even when we changed our search criteria multiple times as we experienced more of the LA neighborhoods. She is incredibly responsive both by phone and email, and extremely ethical. She has a very effective negotiation style which helped us out tremendously as we closed the sale. We refer her to people all the time - she really is the best at what she does.
