She was very adept at tailoring the discussion to our budget, meaning she is aware of and certainly could have recommended extravagant updates, but she instead made suggestions that aligned with our intentions. We were looking for a second home in a beautiful Western North Carolina neighborhood. Jennifer Merrell from the ReMax office in Brevard was the consummate buyer's agent. She grew up in the Brevard area and is well-acquainted with its amenities and surroundings. It was not long before we identified Deer Lake Village as an area where we would like to live. A home came on the market and Jennifer arranged a viewing, took photographs, and assessed the property as both favorable and desirable. We made an offer from Florida, and it was accepted by the seller within a few hours.
