Had a coworker recently buy a house near me and I asked who his realtor was. Contacted her, and started the whole home buying process. She was more than flexible with her schedule, and was very educated for what first time home buyers would want and need. She was also knowledgeable about the mortgage application process. She listened to my needs first, found some properties that were about outside my price range, but still in with negotiations. She even made recommendations on every property on how to increase the value. Under her advisement, got my current house with the seller already expecting another offer.
