She provided staging feedback, brought in an appraiser to review our home in relation to the competition and frequently hosted open houses. Once an offer was received, she worked diligently with the buyer's agent to navigate the negotiations, inspection, repair requests, etc. She provided referals for the work and they performed timely and quality work, within budget.
