Jennifer stood in for a 'busy' agent. After showing us a house we picked, but didn't like, she didn't hesitate to take the initiate to offer to help us find a home. We liked her from the moment we met her. She quickly got to know out likes and dislikes and patiently showed us every house we requested, without hesitation or delay, and provided feedback and her opinion when she felt it would be valuable to us. My wife was a lot more flexible, with me being a hard head at times. She let me be me and was always patient. She always showed up early for appointments, did what she said she would do and helped with follow up all along the way. Things were never perfect in the transaction and when challenges arose we worked together to move through them. Anything I needed help with she helped and I bet some of the time it was my responsibility. She never pushed back, helping wherever I requested it, promptly and professionally. She was always available via text or phone and on the very rare occasion where she wasn't, I got a prompt call back eager to talk and help. I can't think of anything I would change about working with Jennifer. She did everything with a bright smiling face and was a complete pleasure to work with. We closed on the most unbelievable house suggested by her.
