To say that Jay is wonderful is not even close. This beautiful lady went above and beyond for the sale of this house. There is a camera in the property and when it notified us that there was an unknown person on the land we were surprised. Being out of town at the time we called Jay and she showed up in 20 minutes to make sure everything was good. Thinking we were being pains she assured us that we could always call her for anything. That she was a short way away from the house, and never made us feel like we were a bother. Her communication is beyond wonderful! She is kind and so easy to talk to and her knowledge of the housing market is impeccable.
