Jennifer works best with buyers and sellers willing to listen to sound, professional, non-sugar-coated advice. My home was a dated house in need of a total remodel that I was selling into an escalating cost market (rising interest rates and escalating taxes) and we got a deal done quickly that was good for me, good for the buyers, and good for the agents involved. That is what a good deal is: You never buy one low enough or sell one high enough, but if all three types of stakeholders are treated fairly, it's a good deal. I found Jen's candor and professionalism refreshing, appealing, and appreciated.
