Fantastic experience finding my first home

Jennifer was a fantastic agent to work with to find my first home! As this was my first house hunt I knew next to nothing and Jennifer was a fantastic resource who is very knowledgeable about the housing market and all the different aspects of the home buying process. She found and toured multiple houses with me until I found one that I knew was perfect for what I was looking for. Once I was ready to put an offer in she was very helpful in walking me through all the steps I needed to complete and very clearly explained what all the different parts of the contract meant. I would say Jennifer is the reason that I have my house now. Without her help I don’t think I would have rose to the top of the numerous offers on my house. Being that it is a difficult housing market where houses often have multiple offers, her negotiation experience was very valuable. She knows the exact levers to pull to make your offer the most appealing one by taking advantage of other negation tools other than just a higher offer value. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a house!
