I originally bought my house from Jen not thinking I’d sell. Life happens and we uprooted 3 years later to Austin Tx. The only clear option was to call Jen again. From far away Jen and team oversaw everything while we were in Texas. From prep, listing, staging, showing, white glove service. Competitively priced, it had showings that weekend and 2 days later, we accepted an offer. Sydney helped us through every step of the process. We were unsure about when we were going to list our property or execute the sale. Sydney came prepared, discussed strategies, and made recommendations that ultimately made us feel in control of the decision making but informed enough to make the decision. When it was finally time to list the property, Sydney gave us instructions on how to prepare our home to pictures and provided extensive market research to guide the pricing decisions. Sydney also supported us through closing to include walking through the property prior to the buyers conducting their final walkthrough, assisting in some hiccups during the walkthrough, and closing out when everything was done.
