I can give Jennifer the highest ratings in all areas based on our interaction with her in selling a home and then purchasing one in the NW Arkansas area in under 6 months. We were merging two households and asked for more than one showing of several homes when we wanted our adult children to give an opinion. The longest period was finding a suitable one in August, due to specific needs for location in relation to family members of both of us and our desire to have a one level home. However, in sale of a home, she assisted me in preparation and within 3 days of listing in November, we had a purchaser. She ensured that I signed the necessary forms, even when electronic signatures were required. Several times I needed a nudge when involved in travel to ensure timely signing between seller and purchaser! We appreciated her insight and experiences to advise on possibilities for improvements in homes we viewed. I was most impressed with her attention to details in handling several situations. As expected there were a few bumps in the road, one with a seller who wasn't prepared to make needed improvements for a sale. She handled this with great empathy and tact -- her experience and knowledge of real estate and agents in this area proved quite helpful. Moreover, each person in the real estate office was very helpful and it was quite obvious Jennifer has great rapport with each agent and support staff.

Finding the right realtor is hard. My husband and I had both had poor previous experiences with other realtors who were less responsive or out to push their own agendas to hit timelines and numbers. Jennifer was the opposite! She was always available to help answer our questions, patient as we scoured the area and viewed many homes and properties, knowledgeable about local builders and neighborhoods, and really fun to work with to boot! We never felt like another number to a big real estate group. I recommend her to all our friends and family. She’s the best!
