My husband was transferred to Central Florida for work and after several trips to Mount Dora we decided the area would be ideal for our final home. Our family searched for a real estate agent and found Jennifer or Jenn as we called her. We have reached out several times to view homes and set appointments. We encountered a constant reply of her waiting on other agents to call or email back to schedule the appointments. After several times of trying to schedule a viewing on the one house we where very interested in, she had the audacity to tell me the home might be out of our price range. Now, mind you not once during the process where we asked to show our financial credentials to purchase or to verify our funds, which we could have gladly done. I advised Jennifer we would require another realtors assistance and thanked her for her assistance. The very next day she reaches out to my husband and informed him that if i was being difficult, the two of them could view the homes and it would be more enjoyable. My husband thanked her for her help and time and asked her not to contact him any further, as we had already chosen another realtor. The two disturbing factors are number one, telling us to view lower price homes, and secondly her to contact my husband in that manner is very unprofessional at best.
