We were searching from another state and Jennifer went to tour homes for us over FaceTime and made sure to get as much in during my short periods in town. She was always looking out for our best interest, whether that was from the shape of a house, thinking about resell value, or dealing with real estate attorneys ! The Expiereance was a true professional and very informative . She was always available with last minute request to visit a location and was always on time and was prepared with documentation for the locations we visited. We did quite a lot of visits. My wife said she was a pleasure to call at anytime and always did a great job on follow up questions. She handled a lot of the communications between entities (us, the lawyer, the mortgage lender) which, as first time buyers, made the process easier for us. She patiently answered our thousands of questions or would refer us to the correct person to ask. She was professional, organized, and made sure we had everything we needed.
