Being new to Florida and buying a house can be very stressful. Working with Jennifer decreased the stress levels a lot. At first we were uncertain as to what we wanted (HOA vs not, new build vs rebuy). Jennifer was very patient and understanding with us, quickly learning our personalities, what our main priorities were as well as what we can financially afford. After showing us numerous homes she narrowed it down to those factors. Jennifer was determined to find us what we wanted and she did -our beautiful retirement home that we love. As well as being very patient, professional, knowledgeable and very committed to her clients she is personable and such a pleasure to work with. Jennifer understood me instantly what kind of living space I was looking for. sent me several options that I had not seen on the sales market. She was constantly in touch with me and offered several options that were exactly what I preferred. she found me a home even better than what I was looking for, during the paperwork she did everything in the fastest possible time and professionally, despite the fact that the seller had difficulties in transferring the home to me, she quickly resolved everything herself so that there was no delay in signature. I don't think anybody wants to be homeless. I don't think anybody wants to get stuck in a overpriced rental. But that's what we were looking at our lease was up in less than 2 months we have been working with three other agents in a different county we were looking at houses that were mostly overpriced and certainly a poor quality. We gave up and decided let's look at houses at Port St Lucie. We found a house and the agent misunderstood our bed and overbid what we were originally wanted. I asked Jennifer for advice she told me what to do to get out of that deal. And after a week passed we were rather she renegotiated that deal and they accepted. She got me to come off my price meet them closer to their price. And she managed all the aspects of the inspection. She has a lot of knowledge about the local environment and the schools. I respect her as a friend and as a strong business woman and recommend her and hold her in the highest esteem.
