I don't think anybody wants to be homeless. I don't think anybody wants to get stuck in a overpriced rental. But that's what we were looking at our lease was up in less than 2 months we have been working with three other agents in a different county we were looking at houses that were mostly overpriced and certainly a poor quality. We gave up and decided let's look at houses at Port St Lucie. We found a house and the agent misunderstood our bed and overbid what we were originally wanted. I asked Jennifer for advice she told me what to do to get out of that deal. And after a week passed we were rather she renegotiated that deal and they accepted. She got me to come off my price meet them closer to their price. And she managed all the aspects of the inspection. She has a lot of knowledge about the local environment and the schools. I respect her as a friend and as a strong business woman and recommend her and hold her in the highest esteem.
