Jennifer Lanners

My husband and I met Jennifer when she was showing a house for a client that we were looking at (we didn't have an agent at the time). We immediately hit it off, and we chose her to help us find our current home. As first-time home buyers, we knew nothing, but are also the type of people who read absolutely everything and ask a ton of questions so we understand what we are getting into. She responded to every text and email quicker than anyone I've experienced in the Eastern Sierra in any business. She really cared and advocated for us with things she knew would have an effect on us, but also advised us regarding what we should or shouldn't push for when closing. Because of her, we found a house before or right as it was listed and got our offer in and accepted quickly. I know for a fact that a ton of other people wanted that house and were waiting for it to go on the market. If it wasn't for Jennifer being on the hunt for us, we would have likely been priced out of the house and wouldn't have been enjoying our dream home instead!
