Jennifer consistently went above and beyond. She gave us honest info about what we needed to and didn't need to do to prep our houses for sale as well as gave us ongoing info about any issues noticed during viewings. Since we live 6 hours away and have multiple properties to sell, it was crucial to have someone take a more active role and she did exactly that. She checked on our properties after the hurricane came through, to let us know how everything was and what needed for cleanup and was able to continue showing our properties within days after the storm.
