For a first-time buyer Jenny was fantastic. We started the process knowing next to nothing and she guided us through it. We weren't sure we wanted a condo or a house and Jenny gave us lots of good info but didn't pressure us one way or another. I never felt pressured by Jenny at all. She wanted what was best for us at all times. We also had a wide net and were considering 4 different areas and Jenny was so knowledgeable had lots of information on each area. She provided us good info on schools for the areas and she even found the development plans for the newer suburbs that we were looking at (Reunion and Green Valley Ranch). Jenny is a great example of a salesperson that tries to find the right fit for you and doesn't pressure you to buy something you don't want or can't afford. She was very honest and transparent even if it wasn't going to help her close the sale. I truly think she cared about our needs which is rare in sales. Jenny helped us negotiate a purchase price at 2% under asking and we got the fix we asked for after inspection (fixing a broken garage door - estimated at $300 cost). The only negative we had was with the final walk-through, though that was mostly just due to timing. The tenant didn't clean the house very well and we couldn't do the inspection until the day of closing (because of our own scheduling conflicts not Jenny's fault). By the time we saw the issues with the cleanliness we felt it was too late to do anything or back out. In hindsight I wish we would have been told to ask for them to pay for a cleaning crew. However, this is a crazy hot market so realistically there is a good chance they would have said no anyway and I am sure that is how Jenny saw it. It was more of a timing issue than anything. Really though that is the only critical feedback I would provide and we plan to use Jenny again for our next purchase and/or sale. She was phenomenal and I would recommend her to anyone.
Jenny helped my mom and me buy a condo in Stapleton. First off, she is just a pleasant person to be around, very calming but also professional and knowledgeable.
